Les Dames d’Escoffier Les Dames d’Escoffier is an international organization of women leaders
who create a supportive culture in their communities to achieve excellence in
the food, beverage and hospitality profession. The Philadelphia Chapter is
comprised of outstanding women chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, food writers
and stylists, specialty food distributors, educators and entrepreneurs in the
field of food, beverages, hospitality and event planning. |
